Daily chest physiotherapy is a key part of Cystic Fibrosis care. The challenges to completing in the 0–5 year old age group are variable and unique. Adherence therapy optimize lung health children who not yet eligible for modulator therapy. As Quality Improvement initiative, physiotherapists at BC Children’s Hospital CF Clinic sought identify barriers daily order improve long-term adherence. An anonymous survey was emailed parents (35 families) with between ages years.
